Yes, we are home bakery and only meet with clients who have made an appointment in advance. Appointments can be in person or over the phone. We can communicate through phone, text, email or whatever method to share and exchange ideas. Please use the Contact Us link on our website to make your appointment.

What should I have for my appointment?

Be prepared to share photos of other cakes for inspiration, an invitation or colors that you would like to coordinate with. Please note, there is no guarantee colors will match perfectly, but we will do our best.

Do you offer cake tastings?

Yes, we do offer cake tastings for wedding cakes only however, because we are a custom-order kitchen, only the flavors being produced that week will be available for tasting. We do not offer tastings for our event cakes, cookies and confections.

How far in advance do I need to book you?

Availability is based on a first-come, first-served basis. Due to my focus and dedication of customizing each Client’s order, it is recommended to book your event as soon as possible. We do not HOLD THE DATE until we have received the 50% non-refundable deposit; unless its within two weeks which requires 100% payment in advance.

The balance of any order must be paid in full at least 2 weeks before your event. If your event is less than 2 weeks away when it is scheduled, then the entire amount must be paid up front.
